What is Predictive Maintenance (PdM)?

At it’s core, Predictive Maintenance is an organized approach to monitoring a facilities key assets for signs of 
failure long before an actual failure occurs. Three critical elements of a program of this nature are: 
1) Trained resources to capture and interpret information
2) A data repository to enable easy access and provide history
3) Management support of the program.
