Imaging and Analysis Services

With over 50 years combined experience in the imaging industry, NCII has the tools and experience necessary to solve a multitude of industrial processing issues. Among our recent analysis projects are the following:

  • Collected data for an automotive OEM to assist in improving the quality and cost of a plastic injection molded 'A' pillar. A Taguchi style Design of Experiments was developed and data for each set of parameters was captured and analyzed.
  • Worked with a Tier I supplier to analyze various scenarios for laser welding automotive hoods to optimize energy use and ensure a consistent weld.
  • Analyze light bulbs for the potential of early failure using extremely high speed thermal imaging.
